What information can candidates or recruiters provide?

Candidates and recruiters are required to provide their full name, email, and the name of their entity (school or company). Beyond that, they are free to share additional information, such as a resume or relevant links.

My job fair is in two weeks, is it too late to contact you?

No, it’s not too late. Contact us right now.

How many tables should I plan for a job fair?

Generally, one table per recruiter.

What is the optimal duration for job interviews during a job fair?

It depends on the stakes and your context. For example, it could be 10 minutes for internships and 15 minutes for apprenticeships or jobs. We can organize job fairs where each recruiter chooses the duration of their meetings.

You mention support, but can I manage the event on my own?

We are here to set up the platform, generate the schedules, and send out the emails. You can manage the registrations, participant selections, and schedules independently.

I don’t want recruiters to be able to select candidates. Is that possible?

Yes. In each sector, the habits and relative bargaining power of candidates and recruiters differ. We can fine-tune how recruiters and candidates select each other.

Can I host a job fair online?

Yes.

What happens if a candidate or a company can’t attend the event at the last minute?

At MEEWIZ, we are prepared to handle last-minute changes. If a candidate or a company is unable to attend, we generate a new optimized schedule for all affected participants. Even in the case of no-show, we ensure that the job fair experience remains smooth and efficient for everyone.
